How Our 30-Day Automated Deletion Process Works

Day 0: Immediate Deactivation

Your profile is instantly signed out, hidden from dispatch matching, and deactivated from public load visibility.

Days 1–30: Grace Period

You can cancel the deletion anytime within 30 days by contacting our support desk or logging in via OTP.

Day 30+: Permanent Purge

All personal credentials, GPS traces, contact info, and device tokens are permanently and irrecoverably wiped from all servers.

How to Delete Directly Inside the Mobile App

You can also trigger instantaneous account deletion from within the Logistic Hub Nepal Android application:

  1. Open the Logistic Hub Nepal mobile app and log in.
  2. Tap on Profile > Settings in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap Delete Account, enter your account password, and confirm the 30-day auto-purge prompt.
